Gym Log is a workout tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: we collect nothing. All data stays on your device.

Data Stored on Your Device
The app stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Workout programs and exercises you create or modify
- Workout history and statistics
- App settings (theme, language)
- Optional profile name and bio (entered by you)
This data never leaves your device. It is stored using the device's local storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Notifications
The app uses local notifications for the rest timer and workout reminders. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers or services.
Third-Party Services
Gym Log does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect data.
Children's Privacy
The app does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
